What does the Marion County Clerk do?
As noted on the Marion County Clerk’s website, the Clerk’s Office serves “as the record keeper” for the Circuit Court, “serves as trustee of child support collections,” “acts as chief financial officer to the courts by collecting, disbursing, and reconciling monies related to court cases,” and “collects filing fees, court costs, and judgment monies,” as well as other fees, fines, and penalties.
The Marion County Clerk also serves as Secretary to Marion County’s Election Board and serves on the Marion County Board of Voters Registration.
Has election turnout in Marion County been low?
Yes.
According to Mirror Indy, in November 2024, Indianapolis had one of the lowest presidential election turnouts since at least 1988. In fact, Marion County had the second-lowest turnout among Indiana counties in November 2024. Source: Indiana Secretary of State’s Election Division.

How can I get a yard sign?
The following are locations where you can pick up a sign:
1. Stomping Ground in Windsor Park. Its business hours are 11 AM-6 PM Monday through Saturday or 12 PM-5 PM Sunday. Don’t forget to peruse the store — you may find something you want to purchase! Stomping Ground is located at 1625 Nowland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46201.
2. Salon Citrine in Irvington. Its business hours are: 10 AM-8 PM Tuesday through Thursday and 10 AM-5 PM Friday and Saturday. It is closed Sunday and Monday. Salon Citrine is located at 203 S Audubon Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46219. Don’t forget to check out what services they offer while you’re there!
3. Provider in Martindale-Brightwood. Its business hours are 7 AM-4 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM – 4 PM Saturday and Sunday. It is located at 1101 E. 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich while you’re in the cafe!
Don’t forget to grab a sign for your friends! We also try to have yard signs available during our campaign events and volunteer activities.
